Delivery and Installation Conditions

For the installation of a CGARDEN and its success, it is necessary to guarantee certain conditions.

Check here our advises:

• The base for its placement must be solid and levelled;
• That base must support the maximum load (maximum weight) of the CGARDEN in question, calculating the substrate and water (see below the specific characteristics of each one);
• The inclination of the base must not exceed 5% (5 centimeters for each meter);
• Be sure that the chosen place is the final one. The CGARDEN isn’t easy to move and to move it will have to be dismantled and reassembled.
• It is necessary to secure additional space for installation and future use;
• And because plants love sun, is advisable a minimum of 4 hours of sun exposure per day;
• Installation not recommend on closed balconies;

The CGARDEN doesn’t need to be connected to a water or electricity supply network, however, to complete the installation and leave everything clean, we need a water and electricity point on site.

For our team to be able to do all tasks on time, we would also appreciate it if you could provide us with some additional information in your purchase notes:

• If the place to be installed is located in an apartment building or a house;
• If the place to park is close to the place where it will be installed;
• In the case of an apartment building, if it has a lift and on which floor the installation will take place;
• If we have walk through the house to access the installation site;
• Other relevant information that conditions the installation
